Senior Manager, Client Engagement

Diana Hampton serves as a senior manager on UBC’s Client Engagement team. In this role, she partners and engages with UBC clients to provide strategic reimbursement and clinical solutions. Diana is responsible for the management of reimbursement and clinical services, the implementation and operation of manufacturer-centralized referral Hubs, and management of manufacturer-sponsored patient assistance programs (PAP). She is heavily involved in the design, implementation, and launch support for new and enhanced service offerings.

She joined the organization in 2004, and has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including with Accredo Specialty Pharmacy and Aetna Health Insurance. She is the 2011 recipient of UBC’s “Above and Beyond Award.”
