As Director, Client Engagement, Jacquelyn Hall Williams guides the design, implementation and operations of programs by providing subject matter expertise. She supports the overall performance of the business to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs that meet customer expectations and product regulatory requirements, where applicable. In addition, Jacquelyn liaises between Business Development and Operations to ensure the delivery of programs that meet customer goals while defining opportunities for program growth.

Jacquelyn Hall joined the healthcare industry in 2006. Her previous positions include associate director of Market Access and Reimbursement Services at Eisai, consultant at Xcenda/Lash Group, and Field Reimbursement Manager at AmerisourceBergen Consulting Services. She is an expert in creating and implementing physician and patient support strategies as well as managing strategic operations.

Jacquelyn earned a Master of Science in Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Duke University.
