Celebrating Our History with a Plan for the Future

When our Patient Assistance Programs (PAP) began 25 years ago, they were among the first in the market.  That’s 25 years of working with pharmaceutical manufacturers to make sure their products are available to eligible patients who need them the most.  That’s 25 years of staffing our centers with patient care advocates and pharmacists who treat each patient and each healthcare provider with singular attention.  That’s 25 years of monitoring the industry and tracking trends to offer our clients the most streamlined and efficient programs possible.

At this week’s CBI 14th Annual PAP – Patient Assistance and Access Programs conference, we’ll be celebrating our 25 years leading the PAP market.

We’ll also be looking ahead.  Now part of UBC, we’re building on the HealthBridge legacy and leveraging the support of our parent company, Express Scripts, to identify those areas that affect patient access to therapy.

As the conference’s gold sponsor in the Technology Leaders Circle, we’ll offer manufacturers insights into how healthcare reform and emerging technology are changing the future of PAP requirements and program capabilities.

With 25 years on our side, we continue looking for ways to enhance our service offerings through innovation and technology improvements. We were the first in the market to offer a custom web solution for front- to back-end patient assistance enrollment and ordering.  And, we intend to continue to invest in technology that makes it easier for clients to track their programs against their goals and for their patients to access critical therapies.
