CLÆRITY allows for rapid signal detection and investigation of spontaneously reported adverse events on publically available data sources such as FAERS and Vigibase as well as a manufacturer’s internal adverse event data to provide a holistic solution for safety surveillance and signal detection. CLÆRITY also can be customized to a client’s workflow and process.

SÆfetyWorks enables active surveillance of marketed products that focuses on signal detection using observational data. Designed especially for drug safety scientists and epidemiologists, the software’s analytical modules assist in clinical evaluation of at-risk populations (e.g., co-morbidity and concomitant medication frequencies) and signal interpretation (e.g., population demographics, disease background prevalence and incidence.) Formal risk assessment analyses compare rates of outcomes between target and comparator populations. Sponsors can rapidly respond to regulatory inquiries regarding health outcomes in the context of real-world product use.

CEWorks facilitates rapid health outcomes research in diverse real-world healthcare data, including the ability to evaluate trends in healthcare costs and utilization according to critical attributes such as provider specialty and payer plan type. In-depth analyses of treatment patterns (e.g., first-line treatments following new diagnoses) allow assessment and comparison of clinical standard of care between countries of interest. Medication compliance and adherence measures are computed to provide insight into factors that impact appropriate use and tolerability of marketed drugs.
