It all starts with a phone call.  And, that phone call is answered by a patient care advocate. 

You see, our pharma services receive phone calls every day from patients, prescribers, and healthcare workers.  Whether someone is calling our Reimbursement line, Patient Assistance Program, Specialty Pharmacy, or another service, the patient care advocate who greets them on the phone makes a first…and lasting impression. 

Our patient care advocates take great pride in their work and in the help they provide to others. 

Ruth, a HealthBridge Pharma & Biotech patient care advocate for more than five years, says, “I enjoy my job – it’s very rewarding.  I get to help people every single day.  What’s more rewarding than that?”  She understands our programs inside and out.  And, she understands that when someone calls her, they’re looking for a timely, efficient answer.  Nobody wants to be answered with an attitude.  Nobody wants to spend precious time on hold. 

Vince has worked as a patient care advocate for more than two years.  He used to play college football.  Now he tackles patients’ questions.  He answers nearly 80 calls a day, with warmth in his voice and a winning attitude.

And, then there’s Christian, who answers every call as if it were the only one he receives each day.  He’s got a smile callers can hear and the expertise to assist them.
