Abstract: Using Retrospective Chart Review Methodology to Characterize Patients, Treatment Patterns, and Resource Utilization in a Cohort of Patients with Multicentric Castleman’s Disease

Multicentric Castleman Disease (MCD) is a rare lymphoproliferative disorder with no established therapy. Little is known about MCD usual care treatment patterns and associated outcomes. The design and execution of a retrospective chart review study of patients with MCD are described, highlighting methodological considerations for conducting chart review studies in this rare disease.
