Virtual Coaching Helps Patients on Complex Therapies Remain Adherent

Last month, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published its final recommendation that all U.S. baby boomers should get a one-time test for the hepatitis C virus.  This recommendation has been a reminder to us all of the significance of this disease which claims the lives of more than 15,000 Americans each year.  And, of the 3.2 million Americans infected with the virus, more than 2 million were born between 1945 and 1965.
